Terms of Service

Updated:

Service and lawful use

Anonymous VPN provides encrypted network connectivity and subscription/account tools for supported devices. It is intended for lawful internet access and legitimate network privacy and security purposes. Access to resources is subject to applicable law; availability of legally restricted resources is not promised.

Account responsibilities

Protect your login credentials and subscription links, use an account you are authorized to access, and keep recovery/contact information usable. A nickname may be used; do not impersonate another person. Follow the device, usage and other limits displayed for your plan. Notify support of suspected unauthorized account use.

Subscriptions and payments

Review the price, currency, duration, traffic allowance and device limit shown before payment. Access depends on a valid subscription and the conditions displayed at checkout. External payment processing is subject to the provider's terms. Contact support about payment errors, renewal or refund requests; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Account deletion is not itself a refund request.

Acceptable use

Do not intentionally use the infrastructure for malware distribution, phishing, fraud, spam, credential theft, unauthorized system access, DDoS or other deliberate attacks, unauthorized vulnerability exploitation, illegal content, criminal activity or deliberate abuse of the service. Activity prohibited by applicable law is not permitted.

Third-party applications

You may use compatible clients, subject to their own terms and policies. Their developers independently control those applications, including telemetry and logs. Compatibility may change; follow the setup information available for your subscription.

Availability and maintenance

Performance depends on your device, network, selected server and other technical conditions. Maintenance, outages or changes can interrupt service. We do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular speed, universal compatibility or zero errors. Contact support when a problem occurs.

Privacy and limits of a VPN

A VPN does not provide absolute anonymity. Logins, cookies, fingerprinting, device identifiers, information you disclose and malware can still identify you. The Privacy Policy explains temporary connection information and separate account, payment, website and diagnostic records. Use appropriate device and account security as well.

Restriction and termination

Violations may result in proportionate restriction, suspension or termination of access according to these terms and applicable law. Where legally required, Anonymous VPN cooperates with competent authorities and can disclose only information actually available. You may stop using the service and initiate account deletion through your account.

Responsibility and applicable rights

You are responsible for lawful use and your device/account security. Liability limitations apply only where legally permitted; nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms do not promise a legal status, independent audit or security certification.

Privacy, changes and contact

Read the Privacy Policy for data handling and account deletion. Current terms and their update date are published here. Contact the existing account Support section for service, billing or terms questions. No unverified company details are represented on this page.
